We will be carrying out a 35 minutes scheduled maintenance on 20 August 2022. This maintenance is part of routine activities to ensure that we continue to provide stable service experience for you.
What to expect: During the maintenance period, merchants or consumers may experience the following:
1/ Merchant may encounter “Service Unavailable ” error on attempt to Login to their dashboard. 2/ Flutterwave customers may experience errors accessing the Flutterwave payment methods and checkout flows. 3/ Bill Payment and Point of Sale payments may not complete 4/ Flutterwave APIs may result in "HTTP 503” errors 5/ Merchants' Store may result in "HTTP 503” errors 6/ Global merchants and partners can also expect impact during this maintenance
We will provide status updates once the maintenance activity is completed, and we have confirmation that services are back up

This scheduled maintenance affected: Flutterwave API, Flutterwave Checkout, Virtual Cards, Dashboard, Collections, Payouts, Point of Sale - POS, Virtual Account Numbers, Bill Payments (Cable TV), Bill Payments (Airtime), Flutterwave Sign-up, USSD, Flutterwave Store, and Flutterwave OTP.
